Manager Message

Dear Colleagues and Well-wishers,
The journey of the Citizen Welfare Society—from its inception to the present day—has not merely been about building an organization; it has been a continuous endeavor to fulfill our responsibility towards society and contribute to nation-building.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the colleagues, volunteers, well-wishers, and citizens who have supported this organization—directly or indirectly—and placed their trust in our work over the years.
We did not establish this organization for any individual's personal gain. This organization belongs to society, exists for society, and can only move forward with society's support.
Our constant endeavor has been to rise above distinctions of caste, religion, region, or any other form of discrimination, and to bring education, awareness, skill development, healthcare, environmental conservation, and information about public welfare schemes to every needy and deserving individual.
As we look back today, the journey that began in 2014 has progressed through numerous social campaigns, training programs, public awareness activities, and service initiatives. We have strived to play a meaningful role in diverse areas—ranging from environmental conservation and women's empowerment to digital literacy, sanitation, education, and providing support to the needy during difficult times.
—However, this journey is far from over.
The true success of an organization lies not in its buildings, resources, or office-bearers, but in the positive changes brought about in the lives of the people it serves.
That is why I urge every member of society to become a part of this initiative. Your time, knowledge, experience, capabilities, and support can bring a new direction to the life of someone in need.
We planted the sapling of this organization in 2014. Today, it requires the support of society to grow into a strong, spreading banyan tree, so that its shade can reach as many people as possible.
Our dream is to build a society where no individual is deprived of their rights simply due to a lack of information; No woman should be held back from becoming self-reliant merely due to a lack of opportunities; no young person should be deprived of chances simply because they lack the necessary skills; and no needy individual in society should feel alone.
Let us all join hands to build an India that is educated, healthy, clean, self-reliant, aware, and socially strong.
For—
«“A happy, empowered, and strong nation can only be envisioned through a happy society.”»
Whether I am here or not, it is my sincere wish that the Citizen Welfare Society continues its dedicated service to society and plays its part in building a better, aware, self-reliant, and strong India for future generations.
Your support and trust in this social journey are our greatest strength.

Sincerely,
Rakesh Kumar
Manager
Citizen Welfare Society
